We offer boxing classes (contact and non-contact), Muay Thai, and BJJ classes 6 days a week. We also offer specialized classes for kids (8-12), teens (13-16), as well as a women only program!
Kids memberships include unlimited access to all kids classes. Adult memberships include unlimited access to all group classes, open gym, and the weight room during open hours.
Additional services available: Private 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, and nutrition coaching.

Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes designed for those brand new to striking or BJJ, as well as anyone with limited experience. You're also welcome to join our all-levels classes if you're ready for a faster pace and higher intensity. Both are beginner-friendly and focus on building your foundational skills.
Talk to a coach before your first class—we'll make sure you feel comfortable and ready to train.

For Boxing Class, please bring:
- A pair of boxing gloves
- Comfortable athletic attire
- Boxing or wrestling shoes that have never been worn outsideFor Muay Thai Class, please bring:
- A pair of Muay Thai gloves
- Comfortable athletic attire (no zippers allowed)Note: While boxing gloves and Muay Thai gloves are technically different, you can use either pair for both boxing and Muay Thai classes.
For BJJ Class, please bring:
- Gi with belt (any color) for gi classes
- Rash guard or comfortable athletic attire (no zippers allowed) for no-gi classesFor All Contact Classes:
- Mouthguards are highly encouraged
- Please bring a water bottle -
Yes! We provide loaner gloves, gis and shin guards during your trial week so you can try classes without purchasing gear upfront. For sanitation purposes, we do not provide loaners to members.
If you need your own equipment for class, we sell gloves, gis, and other gear for discounted prices at the front desk!

Absolutely! We offer kids MMA classes 5 days a week with two age groups:
Kids (8-12 years old): Foundational skills and age-appropriate training
Teens (13-16 years old): More advanced techniques and intensity
Age ranges can be flexible depending on your child's size and experience level. For example, while teens typically start at 13, a younger teen who is new to the sport or smaller in stature may be better suited to begin in the kids class before transitioning up.

Yes! We have men's and women's locker rooms with lockers available for daily use or rent. There are 3 showers in the men's locker room and 1 shower in the women's locker room.

718 MMA's competition team welcomes fighters at every level, from first-time competitors to national level athletes.
If you're new to competition, you can work your way up through our fundamentals and all-levels classes. Experienced fighters can apply during our quarterly tryouts. We also welcome new competitors on case by case basis.

Our sparring is invite only to ensure the safety of our fighters. If you have prior experience fighting, you can speak with a head coach. If you are new to training, you can work your way up through our fundamentals and all-levels classes - your coaches will invite you to sparring when you're ready!
Spectators are welcome. -
Yes! To maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming training environment for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
General Conduct:
Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect and courtesy
Try to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class begins
Stay focused during instruction and listen attentively when coaches are teaching
Hygiene & Health:
Please shower and arrive clean—good personal hygiene is required for everyone's comfort
All training attire must be clean and washed for each class
Keep fingernails and toenails trimmed short
If you have any skin irritation, rash, cut, or are feeling unwell, please stay home until fully recovered
Mat Safety:
No shoes allowed on the training mats
Wear flip-flops or shower shoes when using the restroom
Remove all jewelry, hats, and spit out gum before stepping on the mats
